Owning a home here shouldn’t feel impossible — and raising a family here shouldn’t feel like a luxury.
- Ban Wall Street and hedge funds from buying up single-family homes — homes are for families, not portfolios
- Block foreign ownership of American farmland and single-family homes
- Stop the deficit spending that drives up mortgage rates and prices
- Cut the red tape that makes building slow and expensive — communities decide how they grow, not Washington

Congress was never meant to be a career — or a stock portfolio.
- Implement 8-year term limits for members of Congress

Education That Works
Schools should prepare kids for real life — not just more bureaucracy.
- No federal tax on teachers’ salaries — we trust them with our kids; we can trust them with their paycheck
- Money to classrooms, not bureaucrats — measure results, not spending
- Back to basics — literacy, math, and critical thinking every kid can actually use
- Bring back shop class and the trades — not every kid needs a four-year degree to earn a great living
- Prepare kids for automation and AI — real skills for the world they’re graduating into

Safe streets aren’t partisan — they’re the baseline
Safe Streets
Every neighborhood in this district should feel safe after dark.
- Back the police. Prosecute crime. A theft is a theft; a dealer is a dealer
- End cashless bail — consequences can’t be optional
- Keep repeat offenders off the streets — a handful of people commit most of the crime; stop releasing them
- Get fentanyl off our streets — real consequences for the dealers killing our neighbors

If 8 in 10 Americans agree on something, it should be law. That’s what common sense means.
- Stop changing the clocks — only 12% of Americans like the twice-a-year switch. Pick one time and keep it
- Post every price — 94% of Americans want hospitals and insurers required to show real prices before you’re treated, not after
- Protect kids online — 85% want parental consent for minors on social media. Pass it
- End the robocall plague — 78% of Americans call scam calls and texts a major problem. Washington shrugs
Trust in elections is foundational. Without it, nothing else works
Secure, Fair Elections
Voting should be easy to participate in and hard to manipulate.
- Make Election Day a national holiday so working Americans can vote
- Allow same-day voting with ID to balance access and security
- Require voter ID for federal elections
- Use paper ballots as the permanent audit trail
- Ensure transparent, auditable results voters can trust
You paid into it your whole life. It’s yours
Protect Social Security & Medicare
You worked for it. Washington doesn’t get to touch it.
- No cuts to Social Security or Medicare — protect the benefits people earned over a lifetime of work
- No raising the retirement age on people who already planned their lives around the promise
- Let the trust fund actually grow — it sits in Treasury bonds earning about 3% while Washington calls that “safe.” Invest a share in the S&P 500, like every serious pension fund does
- We’ve known this for decades — had the fund gone even partly into the market in the 1980s, Social Security would be running a surplus today
- Go after the waste and fraud draining these programs — not the seniors who depend on them

My focus is Contra Costa families and the things that actually hit your life — your kids’ schools, your safety, your bills, your job, and the retirement you were promised. While my opponent plays Washington politics, I’m keeping it on your kitchen table.
